We do not promote exchanges or returns of products once sold.But, in case of any relevant damage during transit,loss of product in shipment,or a different product(from original request) is candidate for replace with a fresh product at earliest. We appreciate open feedbacks and try to improve each day with your love and support. Any complaints about product must be addressed within 5 days after product is received by the customer. We are always excited to dispatch, ship and deliver orders on the same day as they are placed. But for obvious reasons, it takes time for the process. So be patient and expect a delivery within 10 business days. Oops !! It is sad that you have to cancel a purchase with us , but we totally understand. Once an order is placed , it cannot be modify. Though, customer can cancel the order before shippment is done. Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled but can be returned in original packaging to our office.
